Liability:

Check with your doctor before starting any exercise or health program

Bring water and clothes you can move in. Avoid eating 90-60 min before class.

Monitor blood sugar levels when starting regular exercise.

Please be sure to sign all liability forms when signing up for classes and or sessions

always let your coach or provider know about any and all health conditions you have.
