meet the founder
Katie Wilson, Cpt
Starting her health care career as a dental hygienist, Katie wanted more from herself and her career. Starting with her NASM cert Katie began coaching individuals to get stronger, lose weight and adopt a healthier lifestyle.
As Katie coached more people she began to fall in love with the nuances of movement. Learning, studying and applying the details of subjects like breathing, connective tissue, positional orientation, ideal posture, recovery, corrective exercise, kettle bells and much more has led to Katie’s unique approach to coaching.
