Welcome to Your Strength Movement. By accessing or using our services—including our website, classes, coaching, app, events, and other offerings—you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Your Strength Movement ("we," "our," or "us") provides fitness, wellness, and movement coaching services in-person and online. These services include private sessions, semi-private coaching, group classes, educational content, and digital tools such as our app.

By participating in any of our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Health & Liability Disclaimer

Movement involves physical activity and risk. By participating in any class, session, or using our app, you acknowledge:

– You are voluntarily participating and assume all risks of injury or harm.
– You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations to your coach.
– You have consulted with your healthcare provider prior to beginning any fitness program, especially if you are recovering from injury, surgery, or living with chronic conditions.

Your Strength Movement and its providers are not liable for injuries sustained during participation unless directly caused by negligence.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All sessions, packages, and memberships must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise arranged.

– Class passes are non-transferable and expire within 180 days from sale.
– Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be charged in full.
– No refunds are issued once services have been rendered or accessed (including the app).
– If you are unsatisfied, please contact us so we can address your concerns.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to open your slot to others and maintain a consistent schedule for all clients.

Sessions canceled/rescheduled less than 24 hours will be billed at 100%

5. App Use & Digital Content

When using the Your Strength Movement app or accessing our digital resources:

– You agree not to share login credentials or redistribute content.
– Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
– We reserve the right to revoke access for misuse or violation of these terms.

6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all clients and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from services if conduct compromises the safety, comfort, or integrity of the space.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will never share your personal information without your consent. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and reflected by the "Effective Date" above.

By continuing to use our services after updates, you accept the revised terms.
